Meet the instructor
Katya Hropova, MA, LPC
Katya Hropova is a somatic therapist, certified life coach, and meditation instructor with a Master’s Degree in Somatic Psychotherapy.
She has been practicing meditation since 2011 and began teaching in 2015 after receiving her meditation instructor certification. Born in Tallinn, Estonia, Katya has lived in the United States since 2002, studying and practicing internationally while deepening her work in mind-body healing.
This course is the integration of over a decade of personal practice, professional training, and embodied exploration. Katya’s approach blends nervous system science with compassion and practical self-awareness tools — helping people reconnect with their internal wisdom, regulate with confidence, and find steady inner guidance whenever they need it.
She looks forward to sharing her love of cultivating mind-body connection and self-compassion with you.
