Strengthen your inner awareness, regulate your nervous system, and move through life with calm clarity and deep self-trust

This course is not about silencing the mind.
It’s about learning how to listen.
Mind-Body Meditation offers a grounded, compassionate framework for reconnecting with your body and developing a deeper relationship with yourself. By understanding how attention works and learning to shift from thinking to feeling, you begin to soften internal tension and respond to life with greater steadiness.
Through body-based awareness, breath practices, and intuitive movement, you cultivate nervous system resilience, emotional integration, and a reliable inner refuge you can return to at any time.
    This is meditation as self-care.
     As self-trust.
As a way of coming home to yourself.

What You'll Gain From Mind-Body Meditation Basics Mini Course

Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System — Gently and Practically

Develop body-based tools that help you feel grounded and steady — even during stress, overwhelm, or emotional intensity.

    You’ll learn to:

Sense emotions in the body instead of spiraling into analysis

Use breath, body scan, shaking, and intuitive movement to regulate stress

Approach emotions with curiosity instead of resistance

Build resilience through small, consistent practice

Catch Imbalance Before It Becomes Overwhelm

Most people don’t fall out of balance all at once — they override subtle signals.

This course teaches you how to:

    Check in with yourself daily

    Identify your needs earlier

    Notice when you’re pushing through

Use meditation as a reset — morning, evening, or between transitions

This becomes a practical self-care system — not just a meditation habit.

Transform Your Relationship With Your Mind

Meditation is not about stopping thoughts — it’s about changing how you relate to them.

    You’ll discover:

    Thoughts are not failure

    The mind moving is natural

    Emotional charge softens through presence

Kindness regulates more effectively than control

Over time, your inner dialogue becomes steadier and more supportive.

    Cultivate Embodied Authenticity

Through intuitive movement and feeling-based awareness, you begin to:

    Release stored tension

Recognize what feels aligned — and what doesn’t

    Make decisions from grounded clarity

Experience meditation as a relationship, not a task

    This goes beyond stress relief.
It strengthens how you relate to yourself.

    Build a Reliable Inner Refuge

    With consistent practice, you develop:

    A strong mind-body connection

    Emotional integration skills

    Grounded decision-making

    A sense of internal safety

A place you can return to — anytime

Meditation becomes something you carry into your life, not something you “perform.”

"This course is a reflection of my own journey — a practice I live, embody, and offer from the deepest place of personal exploration and care."

I didn’t even know how disconnected I was until I started this course. The gentle approach helped me rebuild trust with myself. It’s not dramatic — it’s subtle and powerful. I finally feel like I have an inner sanctuary.
    — Lexie O., Health Care Professional
I’ve taken many personal development courses, but this was different. Instead of pushing me to optimize more, it taught me how to regulate. I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until I learned how to feel it — and release it. My decision-making feels clearer, and I’m no longer running on subtle stress all day.
    — Oliver G., Corporate Executive
This felt like permission to soften. I’ve always been the strong one, the responsible one. Learning how to listen to my body instead of override it changed everything. I sleep better. I cry when I need to. I feel more like myself again.
    — Antonia F., Therapist & Mother of Two
I used to approach meditation like another task to master. This course completely shifted that mindset. The nervous system education helped me understand why I felt wired and exhausted at the same time. I feel steadier, more focused, and surprisingly more productive — without forcing it.
    — Roderick P., Business Owner
    Meet the instructor

    Katya Hropova, MA, LPC

Katya Hropova is a somatic therapist, certified life coach, and meditation instructor with a Master’s Degree in Somatic Psychotherapy. She has been practicing meditation since 2011 and in 2015 received her meditation instructor certification from Dr. Lorin Roche, PhD. Lorin’s teachings and way of understanding meditation have been a profound foundation for Katya’s own practice, and she carries deep gratitude for the influence his work has had on her path.

Born in Tallinn, Estonia, Katya has lived in the United States since 2002, studying and practicing internationally while deepening her understanding of mind-body connection and overall well-being.

Her understanding of somatic psychotherapy was deeply shaped by her studies with Dr. Annie Brook, PhD, a pioneer in somatic psychology, somatic psychotherapist, educator, and founder of the Brook Institute for Somatic Studies and Psychotherapy. Annie’s teachings were foundational to Katya’s understanding of the body, embodied experience, and the relationship between mind and body. Katya also studied life coaching with Coby Kozlowski, MA, an author, educator, and life coach whose teachings have influenced her understanding of self-awareness, personal development, and skillful living. She has also had the opportunity to study with Dr. Deepak Chopra, whose teachings have further contributed to her exploration of meditation, consciousness, and mind-body awareness.

Over the years, Katya has gone deeply into the experience of these teachings—not only studying them, but practicing and living them. Through her own exploration, professional training, and experience as a therapist, meditator, and life coach, she has found meaningful connections between somatic psychology, meditation, body awareness, compassion, and self-awareness. Her work grows from this ongoing process of learning, practicing, integrating, and continuing to discover what supports a deeper connection with oneself.

Her courses are an integration of more than a decade of personal meditation practice, professional training, and embodied exploration. They bring together somatic psychology, body awareness, meditation, compassion, and practical self-awareness tools to help people reconnect with their internal wisdom, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop a more trusting relationship with themselves.

Katya is passionate about making mind-body practices accessible, practical, and easy to bring into everyday life—and looks forward to sharing her love of cultivating mind-body connection and self-compassion with you.
